Growing up, my family didn't have much. We couldn't just go out and buy a brand-new washer or dryer whenever we needed one. If something broke, it created stress... and I know what it's like to worry about how you're going to keep up with something as basic as clean clothes.

Those experiences stayed with me long after I grew up. When I started Elevation Rentals, I wasn't just looking to build a business. I wanted to create something that could genuinely help people: an affordable option for families without spending thousands on appliances or making endless trips to the laundromat.

Life can change in an instant. Unexpected expenses happen. Sometimes people just need a helping hand while they get back on their feet. That's why I believe renting should be simple, honest, and affordable.

You call or text us, and we come fix it at no charge. Parts, labor, everything is covered in your $60. If a machine can't be repaired quickly, we replace it with a working one so you're never stuck without laundry.

Do I need good credit?

What do I need in my home or apartment?
Standard washer hookups (hot/cold water and a drain) and a dryer outlet or gas line with venting. Not sure what you have? Send us a photo of the space and we'll tell you in minutes.
What if I move?
Tell us your new address. If it's in our service area, we'll move the machines and reinstall them for you. Your laundry comes with you.
What if I want to stop renting?
Just let us know per the agreement and we'll schedule a pickup. No haggling, no penalty games... we'd rather earn your referral than trap you in a contract.
